Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer flat rate shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at jakeekee3@hotmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue promptly.
